Every project has a Director or Senior Manager appointed to be in overall control supported by a management team consisting of a Contracts Manager, Financial Surveyor, Setter-Out and a Site Foreman. The management team organises site surveys, design development meetings, setting-out, manufacture and our own skilled workforce teams to complete the installation. Comprehensive monitoring ensures that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met.
